Installation Guide

From delivery email to a fully activated Adobe app in five steps.

   Check your delivery email

   After payment you receive an email with your license details and activation instructions, with a target of 5 minutes to 4 hours after payment confirmation.

   Create or sign in to your Adobe account

   Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or create a free Adobe ID.

   Download Creative Cloud desktop

   Install the Creative Cloud desktop app from adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html and sign in with your Adobe account.

4. 4

   Install your apps

   Open the Apps tab in Creative Cloud and install Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or any other app included in your plan.

5. 5

   Verify your subscription

   Your plan appears under Account > Plans. If anything looks off, contact our support and we will help investigate.
