The seller and the product
Your seller is GREENKEY HOLDINGS LLC, trading as CreoKey. Our advertised products are prepaid, one-year individual Adobe software subscriptions unless the product page expressly states a different term. A software subscription is permission to use the specified software during its term, not ownership of Adobe software or a perpetual license.
Plan details and Adobe licensing
Use is subject to the applicable Adobe terms and license or purchasing-program conditions. These offers are individual subscriptions for one named user, fulfilled through your own Adobe ID or a redemption code. They are not shared credentials or invitations to a shared business/team organization. The specific product, included applications, term and eligibility must match the product description and order. Contact support before purchase if a listing does not identify an entitlement or feature you require.
Named-user subscriptions are for the licensed user and must not be shared as a common account among unrelated users. No general statement on this website overrides Adobe’s actual license restrictions, usage limits or system requirements.
Price and payment
The selected product price and currency are shown before payment. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges must also be displayed before the order is placed. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available for that order. An advertised comparison price is not a representation that Adobe or every other reseller currently charges that amount.
Term, activation and renewal
Your order supplies the disclosed subscription term. The activation or entitlement confirmation identifies the applicable start and expiry dates. A plan is not described as lifetime access merely because it is paid for once. No automatic renewal charge is authorized merely by buying a prepaid term. Any recurring renewal requires its price, billing interval, cancellation terms and the customer’s express agreement before that recurring commitment is made. Do not assume an entitlement will renew simply because the software remains installed.
Delivery, cancellations and support

Keep your order reference and delivery email. Support is available at support@creokey.com; we do not need your Adobe password to explain installation steps.
Customer responsibilities
Supply an accurate delivery email, check the specific product’s current system requirements, and comply with applicable territory and eligibility restrictions. Obtain software from official Adobe download channels. A purchase does not authorize circumvention of activation, account sharing, false eligibility claims or removal of publisher protections.

CreoKey is an independent reseller, not Adobe Inc. Adobe, Creative Cloud and Adobe product names are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Reseller status does not mean that Adobe operates this store or endorses its separate customer-service policies.
Changes, problems and mandatory rights
Contact us about an order or a disputed term. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. The terms and specific promises applicable when an order was placed are not retrospectively reduced by later website updates.
