Who this policy covers
This policy explains how GREENKEY HOLDINGS LLC handles personal information in connection with CreoKey, its website, purchases and customer support. Adobe accounts and Adobe software are also subject to Adobe’s privacy policy.
Information you provide
We receive information entered into order and contact forms, including your name, email address, selected software, operating system, order and payment references, and support messages. An Adobe account email or other information needed for the disclosed license-provisioning process may be required to fulfill an order. Do not send us passwords, full payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in an email or support message.
Website and transaction information
Website hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and information needed to protect the website. Where account or checkout features are used, cookies may maintain a login session, purchase selections or security state. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms; their services may set cookies and receive transaction and device information.
How we use information
We use relevant information to process payments and orders, provision the purchased subscription, send delivery and service messages, provide support and refunds, protect against fraud or misuse, and maintain business records or comply with legal obligations. Order communications are distinct from optional marketing. You can ask us to stop marketing messages without stopping communications necessary to administer an order.
Who receives information
Information may be processed by service providers for hosting, website security, payment processing and email delivery. Relevant customer and order details may be shared with Adobe or a supplying distributor where required to provision or support the purchased license. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell customer contact information or use customer photographs in advertisements without permission.
Cookies and external services
You can use browser settings to restrict or remove cookies, although some account or payment functions may then be unavailable. Links, downloads or embedded services operated by third parties are governed by those operators’ policies. This policy does not state that all third-party cookies are essential or exempt from applicable consent requirements.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information for as long as needed for the order, license term, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose. We apply access and security measures appropriate to the information handled, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@creokey.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or disputes. Our service providers and Adobe may process information in countries different from your own.
Updates
We update this policy when our relevant practices change and identify the effective date. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
